Maker Faire!

The Maker Faire is happening Saturday May 30 (tomorrow!) and Sunday May 31.

I'll be there with my little ice cream cart, selling kits to make popsicles and drumsticks and bomb pops. Should be a great time, and I will post pix once I have some decent, not-in-my-destroyed-sewing-room ones.

Once this is done, I should be back to my regularly scheduled octoposts. Hope to see you there!

it's my birthday!

we got back from Hawaii a couple of days ago, and I'm still a little vacation-addled.
Today is my birthday! It's been quite nice so far, lots and lots of wellwishing from all sorts of amazing people. I feel lucky!
